Terms & conditions
Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website, creating an account, purchasing products or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, attack attempts against our infrastructure, fraud, or violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile; certain legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Services & engagements
Security consulting engagements (assessments, penetration tests, incident response, retainers) are governed by individually signed statements of work, which take precedence over these terms for that engagement. All testing is authorized testing: using any technique demonstrated in our courses, videos or tools against systems you do not own or have written authorization to test is illegal, and you alone are responsible for it.
4. Shop, orders & payment
Submitting an order request creates an offer from you to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm availability and send a secure payment link; the contract forms when payment clears. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude local taxes where applicable. Digital products are licensed, not sold: one license per purchase, non-transferable, for your personal or single-organization use. Reselling or redistributing our software, toolkits and reports is prohibited.
5. Refunds
Digital products are refundable within 14 days if not activated. Courses are refundable within the first week of a cohort. Engagement fees are refundable pro-rata for undelivered work. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Courses & certificates
Course access includes the purchased cohort and materials for the lifetime of the course. Certificates of completion attest to participation and assessment; they are not vendor certifications (CEH, OSCP, etc.) and make no claim of such.
7. Intellectual property
All site content, course materials, toolkits, reports and branding are the property of Cybersec Revolution or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works for commercial purposes without written permission. Fair-use quotation with attribution is welcome.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Security work deals with evolving threats: no assessment, tool or course can guarantee that any system is or remains secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the site or any digital product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our registered office, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions and legal notices: info@cybersecrevolution.com.
